The answer is 840 gallons

To get this answer, it is easiest if we set it up as a fraction.

We can write this to represent how much we know Clydesdale drinks: \frac{120}{4}
This represents that they drink 120 gallons for every 4 days.

Now for what we're looking for: \frac{x}{28}
The x represents how how many days

Now we just compare fractions: \frac{120}{4} = \frac{x}{28}

If we look at the denominators, 4 is multiplied by 7 to get 28, so to find our missing numerator, we multiply 120 by 7, which gives us our answer: 840

So,  \frac{120}{4} = \frac{840}{28}

Hope this helped!! :)

Each bottle of juice costs $3, so to find the total price of the bottles, you would have to multiply the number of bottles by $3, or:
3×J

Since she paid for them with a $20 bill, you need to subtract the total price of the bottles (shown above) from 20. Let's say "y" is the amount of change she receives:
y=20-(3×J)

Round 43.076 to the nearest hundredth.
AleksAgata [21]
43.08 because if you round and the number in the thousanths is 6 and if the number is 5 and above you round and 4 and below you go down so it is 6 so you round up so it is 43.08 because 7 rounds to 10
