4 5/8 = 37/8

The rest don't match up with any of the fractions,

Before I tell you how I got my answer, you should know that a mixed number is a whole number and a fraction.

With the mixed number 4 5/8 Since the denominator was 8 I knew that the whole of the number was 8. All I had to do  was multiply 8*4 and add the product with 5 which gave me 37. 37 is going to be the numerator so we put it on the top (37/8). There is no way to reduce the fraction, so we are done. I hope this helped ^^
