<h3>☀️ <u>Solution</u><u>:</u></h3>

Supplementary angles are those angles which add upto 180°. They may or may not be linear pair.

We have,

  • Two consecutive odd angles.
  • They are supplementary.

Let,

  • One of the angles be x
  • Then, other angle will be x + 2°

Then,

➝ x + x + 2° = 180°

➝ 2x + 2° = 180°

➝ 2x = 178°

➝ x = 89°

Other angle = x + 2° = 91°

Answer - 89° and 91°

⚘ Hence, solved !!

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the numbers are x, x+1

The sum of supplementary angles is 180°

X+x+1=180

2x+1=180

2x=180-1

2x=179

X=179/2

X=89.5

X+1=89.5+1=90.5

The integers are 89.5,90.5

Explain how you could write a quadratic function in factored form that would have a vertex with an x-coordinate of 3 and two dis
Elena-2011 [213]

Answer:

f(x) = (x + 1)(x - 7)

Step-by-step explanation:

For a quadratic function to have a vertex with an x-coordinate of 3, then

3 =  -  \frac{b}{2a}

Let a=1, then we have

3 =  -  \frac{b}{2}

b =  - 2 \times 3 =  - 6

So now our equation becomes:

f(x) = {x}^{2}  - 6x + c

We now find two factors of c that add up to -6.

Let these factors be 1, and c.

Then

c + 1 =  - 6

c =  - 6 - 1 =  - 7

Therefore the factors are :

1 and -7.

The function becomes:

f(x) =  {x}^{2}  - 6x - 7

The factored form is

f(x) = (x + 1)(x - 7)

IrinaK [193]

Answer:

x > 3

Step-by-step explanation:

Given 2 sides of a triangle then the third side x will be

difference of sides < x < sum of sides , that is

15 - 12 < x < 15 + 12, so

3 < x < 27

Thus x > 3

For 30 people how many packages of hots dos and buns have to buy
Leona [35]
Hot dogs are sold in packs of 10. 30 divided by 10 equals 3. (30/10=3)
Buns are sold in packs of 8. 30 divided by 8 equals 3.75. (30/8=3.75) but we must round to 4 since we can’t buy 75% of a pack of buns.

3 packs of hotdogs and 4 packs of buns
