Car A has a mass of 1,200 kg and is traveling at a rate of 22 km/hr. It collides with car B. Car B has a mass of 1,900 kg and is
anastassius [24]

The car A has a mass of 1200 kg.

The car B has the mass of 1900 kg.

It is given that velocity of car  A is given as 22 Km/hr

The car B has the velocity of 25 Km/hr.

Let the mass of two bodies are denoted as  m_{1} \ and\ m_{2}

Let the velocity of cars A and B are denoted as v_{1} \ and\ v_{2}

The momentum before collision is-

                                                  p_{i} =m_{1} v_{1} +m_{2} v_{2}

[Here p stand for momentum.]

We are asked to calculate the final momentum of the system after collision.

The answer of the question is based law of conservation of  linear momentum.

As per law of conservation of linear momentum the sum total linear momentum for an isolated system is always constant.Hence irrespective of the type of collision[elastic and inelastic],the momentum of the system is always constant which is a universal truth.

Let after the collision the velocity of A and B are v'_{1} \ and\ v'_{2}

Hence the final momentum of the system is-

                                                        p_{f} = m_{1} v'_{1} +m_{2} v'_{2}

As per the law of conservation of linear momentum, the initial and final momentum must be equal i.e

                              p_{i} =p_{f}

                               m_{1} v_{1} +m_{2}v_{2} =m_{1} v'_{1} +m_{2} v'_{2}

Hence the option A  is right.

3. The smallest bird is the Cuban bee hummingbird, which has a mass of only
Firlakuza [10]

Answer:

2.6 m

Explanation:

The work done by the bird is given by

W=Fd

where

F is the force exerted

d is the distance covered

In this problem, we know:

W=8.8\cdot 10^{-4} J is the work

F=3.4\cdot 10^{-4} N is the force

Solving the equation for d, we find the distance covered by the bird:

d=\frac{W}{F}=\frac{8.8\cdot 10^{-4}}{3.4\cdot 10^{-4}}=2.6 m

During a solar eclipse, the Moon is positioned directly between Earth and the Sun. Find the magnitude of the net gravitational f
dezoksy [38]

Answer:

F= 2.3733 x10^{20} N

Explanation:

Let's define the variables to proceed with the operations,

So,

The masses

M_ {sun} = 1.99 * 10^{30} Kg

M_ {Earth} = 5.98 * 10 ^ {24} Kg

M_ {Moon} = 7.36 * 10 ^{22} Kg

Average distances

\bar {x} _ {Sun \rightarrow Earth} = 1.5 * 10 ^ {11} m

\bar {x} _ {Earth \rightarrow Moon} = 3.84 * 10 ^ 8m

Gravitational constant

G = 6.67 * 10^ {-11} \frac {Nm ^ 2} {kg ^ 2}

The formula of the Gravitational Force between the Moon and the Earth would be,

F = \frac {GM_ {Earth} M_ {Moon}} {(\bar {x} _ {Earth \rightarrow Moon}) ^ 2}

F= \frac{(6.67*10^{-11} \frac{Nm^2}{kg^2})(5.98*10^{24}Kg)(7.36*10^{22}Kg)}{(3.84*10^8m)^2}

F = 1.9908 * 10 ^{20} N

This force is in the direction of the earth.

We perform the same process but now between the Sun and the Moon, like this,

F_2 = \frac {GM_ {Sun} M_ {Moon}} {(\bar {x} _ {Sun \rightarrow Earth} - \bar {x} _ {Earth \rightarrow Moon}) ^ 2}

F_2 = \frac{(6.67*10^{-11} \frac{Nm^2}{kg^2})(1.99*10^{30}Kg)(7.36*10^{22}Kg)}{(1.5*10^{11}m-3.84*10^8m)^2}

F_2 = 4.3641*10^-{ 20} N

This force is in the direction of the Sun

The net force must be

F_ {net} = F_2-F

F_ {net} = 2.3733*10^{20} N

This in the direction of the Sun.

A higher albedo means there will be
lozanna [386]
Albedo is how much sunlight reflects off the surface of the Earth. More albedo could mean a number of things. Higher temps, more photochemical smog, it all depends on where the albedo is occurring.
