Through jump-start which was develops for children from infancy to 8 years old child.If child or any person and he / she is not breathing but has a pulse, give 1 rescue breath every 3 to 5 seconds or about 12 to 20 breath  every minute. Pediatric triage is a structured interviews which help a nurse or any medical provider make a decision about whether a patient needs to be seen immediately.

In this triage system there are three stages immediate,urgent,non-urgent. There are also some examples such as when patient from a large disaster are evaluated based on their medical need.
