yes.

surviving with a mental illness is too much harder than Rock.

No one understands to that person or their problems, they just thinks that he or behaves like this and ect.ect.

but they never try to get to know that person, why he or she behaves like that ??

I have bipolar disorder. I know it's how much difficult for me or those people who are going through this phases.

It depends on how the relationship is going, if this relationship is a toxic situation it will definitely effect your health. Some of the symptoms are always stressed, extreme anxiety, mood changes and sleeping problems. To fix this, simply cut off the other person or if possible, try to fix things.

It depends on your nature. I think every person have its own technique he/she uses when in tension.
But i saw that most people use the technique to drink alcohol to reduce or release their tension. some people liked to sit alone to reduce tension, some liked to listen music, some went on long drive, so everyone used different techniques. When i have to release tension, i will watch movie.
