Step-by-step explanation:

you would take 45 and divide it by 3 which would give you what one witch = 15

take 21 divide it by 3 which gives you one wand =7

take the brooms and divide it 12 by 3 one broom = 3

then take the wand(15) and multiply is but the wand (7) =105

take 105 and add the broom too it(4) = 109

so the answer is 109

Recall that

d/dx tan⁻¹(x) = 1/(1 + x²)

Then by the chain rule,

dy/dx = - sech(x) tanh(x) / (1 + x²)

James is six years older than lousie. Eight years from now, James will be 4 times older than loise was 4 years ago. What is the
weeeeeb [17]

Answer: 26 years.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let x = current age of Louise  (in years).

Then current  age of James =  x+6

Eight years from now, James's age = x+6+8= x+14

4 years ago, Louise's age = x-4

According to the question

x+14 = 4(x-4)

⇒ x+14 = 4x-16

⇒ 4x-x = 16+14

⇒ 3x = 30

⇒ x= 10 = current age of Louise  (in years).

current  age of James =  10+6 = 16 years

Sum of current ages = 16+10=26 years.

hence, the sum of the current ages is 26 years.

Apex Grocery wants to build a warehouse that is exactly five miles from each of the routes between stores L, M, and N. Which con
Elanso [62]

Answer: Option C - Construction Y because point E is the circumcentre of triangle LMN.

Point E is the best location for the warehouse as it is exactly equidistant from the three stores at L, M and N.

Step-by-step explanation:

Before solving an algebra problem, it sometimes helps to get a geometric picture of what's happening. Geometry says that three points determine a circle - in other words, given three points that are not

all on the same line, there is exactly one circle which passes through all 3. Finding the point equidistant from the 3 points is the same thing as finding the center of the circle that passes through all of them (since all points on a circle are equidistant from the center).

Our points are L, M and N. Draw the lines LM, LN and MN to form a triangle. Now construct the perpendicular bisectors of any two of the lines, and their intersection, point E, will be the center of this circle.

As shown in the Construction Y because E is the circumcentre of triangle LMN.

This is the best location for the warehouse as it is exactly equidistant from the three stores at L, M and N.

Harrizon [31]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Alright, lets get started.

Lets find slope for both bikes one by one

For bike 1 :

There are two points on the graph of Bike 1, these two points are (2,3) and (4,6)

So the slope for bike 1 is : \frac{y_{2}-y_{1} }{x_{2}-x_{1} }

So the slope for bike 1 is : \frac{6-3}{4-2}

So the slope for bike 1 is : \frac{3}{2}

For bike 2 :

There are two points on the graph of Bike 2, these two points are (4,5) and (8,10)

So the slope for bike 2 is : \frac{y_{2}-y_{1} }{x_{2}-x_{1} }

So the slope for bike 2 is : \frac{10-5}{8-4}=\frac{5}{4}

Hence Bike 1 will win the race as slope of line bike1 is greater than slope of line bike 2.  So, answer is option D

∆ABC transforms to produce ∆A'B'C'. Which transformation did NOT take place?
never [62]

Answer: The answer is (D) Reflection across the line y = -x.

Step-by-step explanation:  In figure given in the question, we can see two triangles, ΔABC and ΔA'B'C' where the second triangle is the result of transformation from the first one.

(A) If we rotate ΔABC 180° counterclockwise about the origin, then the image will coincide with ΔA'B'C'. So, this transformation can take place here.

(B) If we reflect ΔABC across the origin, then also the image will coincide with ΔA'B'C' and so this transformation can also take place.

(C) If we rotate ΔABC through 180° clockwise about the origin, the we will see the image will be same as ΔA'B'C'. Hence, this transformation can also take place.

(D) Finally, if we reflect ΔABC across the line y = -x, the the image formed will be different from ΔA'B'C', in fact, it is ΔA'D'E', as shown in the attached figure. So, this transformation can not take place here.

Thus, the correct option is (D).
