As a mollusc, the animal probably has a mantle and a radula.

Molluscs are aquatic species that belong to the phylum of Mollusca. Mollusca is one of the biggest and most diverse phyla of the sea.  

A mantle is a term that describes the fold in their body which secretes the hard protective shell of their body. A radula is a toothed structure (similar to the tongue) used to collect food.
