The HIIT workout I completed was:

Difficult and Fun

My heart rate while working was: 146 was my low and 200 was my high

My exercise heart rate is higher than my resting rate:

Yes X no

What did you like about the workout? And did you do more than one workout?

I liked that it keeps you fit and helps you sweat. I also liked how it was not just one thing it was many like leg exercises and arm exercises. Yes i did do more than one and my favorite was HIIT two. This was because i felt that the first one was a little too easy and the hard one was pushing my limits but the middle was a nice exercise for the day.

Heart rate Explanation:

I found my heart rate by placing two fingers on my wrist, just below the base of the thumb. Counting the number of beats (pulses) for 15 seconds. and taking this number and multiplying it by 4 to find my heart rate in beats per minute.
