Answer:

The answer is 48 miles.

My Logic

If you divide 264 into 11, then you will get 24. 24 is the cars MPG. Then you can Multiply 24 by 2 and you get the answer. Hope this is helpful!

The lowest point in Death Valley is Badwater at 282 feet below sea level. The highest point in
Finger [1]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

Badwater = -282ft

Telescope\ Peak = 11043ft

The position of badwater is negated because it is below sea level

The interpretation of the question, is to calculate the distance between the two given points.

This is calculated as:

Difference = Telescope\ Peak - Badwater

Difference = 11043ft - (-282ft)

Open bracket

Difference = 11043ft+282ft

Difference = 11325ft

Hence, the distance between both is 11325ft

Crickets can jump with a vertical velocity of up to 14 ft/s. Which equation models the height of such a jump, in feet, after t s
Natasha_Volkova [10]
Acceleration is simplified by assuming it is the constant -g

a=-g we integrate this with respect to time to get v...

v=-gt+C where C is the initial velocity in this case 14ft/s so

v=-gt+14 integrate again to get the height function

h=(-gt^2)/2 +14t +C we are not given an initial height so C is 0

h(t)=14t-gt^2/2 letting g=32 and neatening up a bit...

h(t)=14t-16t^2

Help me find the surface area of the candle
ExtremeBDS [4]

Answer:

Easy!

Step-by-step explanation:

1) To find the surface area of a regular triangular pyramid, we use the formula SA = A + (3/2)bh, where A = the area of the pyramid's base, b = the base of one of the faces, and h = height of one of the faces.

or

2)Multiply the side length of the base by the slant height and divide by two. Then, multiply by 4. This will give you the lateral surface area of the pyramid. Add the base surface area and the lateral surface area.
