Answer: 0.6= 6/10=3/5. 0.12= 12/10=6/5=1 & 1/5. 0.25= 25/100=5/20=1/4. 0.125= 125/1,000=25/200=5/40=1/8

Step-by-step explanation: 0.6= 6/10. Simplify 6/10 to get 3/5. Can't be simplified any further. 0.12= 12/10. This is an improper fraction, so to get a proper fraction you must think: ok I know 10 is the denominator(bottom number). This means that to make a proper fraction I need to figure out how many tens can I get out of twelve. Answer: 1 ten comes out of 12. So the answer will be a mixed number. 1 is the whole number and you have 2 left over from making the 10, so it is now 1&2/10. Simplify this to get 1 & 1/5.  1 & 1/5 can't be simplified any further so 1 & 1/5 is the final answer. 0.25= 25/100. 25 divided by 5= 5. 100 divided by 5= 20. Now you have 5/20, you can divide this by 5 also. 5 divided by 5= 1. 20 divided by 5= 4. So the final answer is 1/4. 0.125= 125/1,000. 125 divided by 5= 25. 1,000 divided by 5= 200. Now you have 25/200. This can also be divided by 5 . 25 divided by 5= 5. 200 divided by 5= 40. This can also be divided by 5. 5 divided by 5= 1. 40 divided by 5= 8. Final answer: 1/8.

Answer:

See below:

Step-by-step explanation:

Hello! I hope you are having a nice day!

We can solve this problem in two steps; solving and theory.

I'll go and start off with the theory part!

Theory

We know that in geometry there are many types of triangles that have various different angles. With that, there are a few special triangles that people have made formulas for, one being a 30, 60, and 90 degree triangle.

The theorem states that the hypotenuse is 2x, the side opposite to 60 degrees is x\sqrt{3}, and the bottom is x.

Solving

We can solve this problem in a step, we just need to know what the theorem said and implement it here, since we know the values of the sides of the triangle, we can solve it by finding out the opposite side and applying the theorem rules.

If we look at the graph, we can see that the x part of the side opp. of 60 degrees is 4, that means that x would be double of 4, which is 8.

Therefore your answer would be: x=8

Cheers!

Show how you round 1345/99 to the nearest integer
Naya [18.7K]
1345/99 = 13.585858

Rounding is easy, just look at the number in the tenths place. If the number is less than 5 round down and if the number is greater than or equal to 5 round up.

How are polynomials like and unlike monomials? Provide an example of a monomial and an example of a polynomial. How does the fol
Ainat [17]
A polynomial is the sum of at least one term. For example, x^3+1 is a polynomial. A monomial is a polynomial with only one term, such as 2x^2. A binomial is a polynomial with two terms, and a trinomial is one with three terms. The example you gave is a trinomial (which is also a polynomial). Degree of a polynomial is the largest sum of variable powers in any term of the polynomial. So, for example, x^2 y has degree 3, and x^3+x^2 also has degree 3. A sixth degree polynomial would be x^6-2x+1, for example.

100 = 40 + 3x

Subtract 40 from each side

60 = 3x

Divide each side by 3
