Brainl.y may make available to Registered Users a service consisting of a live, online conn.ection with an authorized tutor (“Brainl.y Tutor”) using text c.hat via the Brainl.y Services interface (collectively, “Tutoring Services”). The Tutoring Services (and all content provided therewith) are deemed part of the Brainl.y Services hereunder.
The ability to connect with a Brai.nly Tutor shall be shown on a separate field or button, next to a given Question. After the connection with a Brain.ly Tutor is established, you may post questions to the Brain.ly Tutor using the Tutoring Services text-based interface in order for the Brain.ly Tutor to assist you by providing Answers or solutions to your Questions.
