Describe the connection of the joints between the bones of the skull.
igor_vitrenko [27]

Answer:

A suture is a type of fibrous joint that is only found in the skull ( cranial suture). The bones are bound together by Sharpey's fibres. A tiny amount of movement is permitted at sutures, which contributes to the compliance and elasticity of the skull. These joints are synarthroses.

Why does the earth have different layers?
Aliun [14]

Answer:

The earth has different layers because as it formed, the lighter parts (like continental crust) floated to the surface, and the really heavy parts (like iron and nickel in the core) sank to the middle. It is just like when you mix oil and water: the oil will float to the surface because it is lighter (or less dense) than the water.
