300 x 0.05 is the wavelength of the 1st wave
300 x 0.04 is the wavelength of the second wave.

Frequency is speed/wavelength
So 300/wavelength for each wave.

I hope this helps. If not ask me for more help :)

MakcuM [25]

Answer:

210

Explanation:

A ball rolls horizontally off the cliff at a speed of 30 m/s. It takes 7 seconds for the ball to hit the ground. What is the height of the cliff and the horizontal distance traveled by the ball?

S = (1/2)*9.8 m/s^2 * 7^2 = 240.1 m if the ball is very dense so air resistance, and therefore terminal velocity, can be ignored.

S = v * t = 30 m/s * 7 s = 210 m for the horizontal distance, again assuming negligible air resistance.

Which events took place during the Copernican revolution, when most people started to believe in a heliocentric model of the sol
balu736 [363]

2) Copernicus rediscovered Aristarchus’s heliocentric model.

Before Copernican Revolution, people did believe in the ptolemain model that establishes the description of the Universe with the earth at the center having sun, moon, starts and planets all orbited earth. On the other hand, the heliocentric model establishes the sun at the center of the solar system and this starts with the publication of Nicolas Copernicus named De revolutionibus orbium coelestium.

5) Newton’s theories of gravity increased understanding of the movement of planets.

The revolution ended with Isaac Newton's work over a century later. As you well know, Newton was both a physicist and mathematician, better known for his prodigal work called Philosophiæ Naturalis Principia Mathematica. In this revolution, he is known for his laws of motion and universal gravitation increasing understanding of the movement of planets.

3. Atmospheric pressure is often given in units of millimeters of mercury. This refers to the height of a mercury column above t
gregori [183]

Answer:

101397.16 pa

Explanation:

The pressure recorded will be equal to pgh

Where p = density of mercury = 13.6x10^3 kg/m^ 3

g = acceleration due to gravity 9.81 m/s^2

h = height of mercury in the column = 760 mm = 760x10^-3 m

Pressure = 13.6x10^3 x 9.81 x 760x10^-3 = 101397.16 pa
