Substance Abuse is an issue regarding health. The Government must move as soon as possible. The solution here is to put in jail those who are using illegal substances like drugs. This problem must be solved or else humamity will turn into this issue. This is for the good of everyone because people must stop using it for there are many effects like in health, mental condition, and environment. This destroys future of both people and country. The Government must move to eradicate in this world those harmful substance and effects.
