Part 1: Why is Fresh Water in Short Supply?
shepuryov [24]

Part 1;

Because there is only limited amounts of fresh water on the Earth the rest is salt water; which humans can not survive on as the salt dehydrates our bodies instead of hydrates.

1) The more we try to get the the fresh water the more we will likely make more pollution.

2) The more we use the less there is.

3) Everything needs water.

Part 2; no idea I believe it is the ice caps, as it is fresh water in the ice caps and not a lot of humans up there to pollute the runoff.

How are hydrogen bonds related to polarity?
levacccp [35]
Polarity affects hydrogen bonding because hydrogen bonding occurs due to a bond being polar. One side of the bond will be slightly more negative because it's pulling more electrons towards itself and the other side of the bond will be more positive. Therefore the partially positive bond of one molecule will be attracted to the partially negative bond of another molecule. This is called an intermolecular force and hydrogen bonds are the strongest intermolecular force.

Which is not a responsibility of a subcommittee answers?
makkiz [27]
The answer is to <span>appoint committee members.

A sub-committee is a little gathering of individuals relegated to center around a specific assignment or region, for example, fund or staff. A sub-council, for the most part, makes suggestions to the Management Committee for choice. In any case, any choices made by such gatherings remain the obligation of the entire Management Committee.
