Answer:

A, 210

Step-by-step explanation:

7 x 5 = 35 divided by 2 = 17.5 x 12 = 210

Formula of a triangle:

Bh x 1/2 (basically dividing by 2)

Your base is the length on the bottom your height is that line in the middle of the triangle. Multiply those then divide by two to get the area always. But since its long and its a prism you have to multiply by 12.

Volume will always have the unit 3 in it and the measuring unit will depend on what is says for example in this problem its inches so its inches cubed (3).

Angle A is shown below.
What is the measure of LA, in degrees?
Vesna [10]

The measure of angle A is 55°.

Solution:

Let us take B be the adjacent angle of 145°.

Sum of the adjacent angles in a straight line = 180°

⇒ m∠B + 145° = 180°

Subtract 145° from both sides.

⇒ m∠B + 145° - 145° = 180° - 145°

⇒ m∠B = 35°

The adjacent angle of 145° is 35°.

In the image, angle B and angle A equal to 90°.

⇒ m∠B + m∠A = 90°

⇒ 35° + m∠A = 90°

Subtract 35° from both sides.

⇒ m∠A = 55°

The measure of angle A is 55°.

How do I solve this system of equations by substitution?
y - 3x = 2, y=(x + 1)^2 - 5
Arada [10]
Hello,

y-3x=2==>x=(y-2)/3
==>(x+1)²=((y-2)/3+1)²=(y+1)²/9

y=(x+1)²-5
==>y=(y²+2y1)/9 -5
==>y²-7y-44=0 ; Δ=7²+4*44=225=15²
==>y=(7+15)/2 or y=(7-15)/2

==>y =11 and x=(11-2)/3=3
or y=-4 and x=(-4-2)/3=-2

sol={(3,11);(-2,-4)}

Millimeter is the smallest and blood cells are really small. I’d say something smaller though, if that’s an option.
