5 0

Answer:5.309 × 10²⁴ atoms.

Explanation:

Given that

molar mass of NH3 = 17 g/mol

Mass of NH3 = 5g

Therefore, No of moles of NH3 = Mass/ molar mass

=  5g/ 17g/mol

= 0.294 moles.

I  mole = 6.02 × 10²³ atoms

Therefore  the number of hydrogen atoms in a 0.294 moles of ammonia  gives us

0.294× 6.02 × 10²³ × 3  ( since there are 3 hydrogens in Ammonia )

= 5.309 × 10²⁴ atoms.

arlik [135]

Answer:

The answer to your question is: 5 friends

Explanation:

Data

Larry bought 12 1/2 pounds of candy

gave each friend 2 1/2 pounds

number of friends = ?

Process

Convert mixed fractions into improper fractions

           12 1/2 = (24 + 1) / 2 = 25 /2

            2 1/2 = (4 + 1) / 2 = 5/2

Divide the fractions

                                \frac{25}{2}  / \frac{5}{2}

                                = \frac{50}{10}

                               = 5

ivanzaharov [21]
A carbon atom is capable of bonding with 4 atoms including carbon itself. So, when there is a double bond between two carbon atoms, each carbon atom has an extra 2 unoccupied bonds. <em>Thus, each carbon atom in a C=C bond is capable of bonding with two other hydrogen atoms.</em>
