Answer: 0.00507 moles

Explanation:

Molarity of a solution is defined as the number of moles of solute dissolved per liter of the solution.

Molarity=\frac{n\times 1000}{V_s}

where,

n = moles of solute

V_s = volume of solution in ml

1. moles of napthalene = \frac{3.09\times 0.001\times 100.0}{100}=0.000309moles

2. moles of methyl napthalene = \frac{10.0\times 0.001\times 100.0}{1000}=0.001mole

3. moles of dimethyl napthalene = \frac{23.2\times 0.001\times 100.0}{1000}=0.00232moles

4. moles of trimethyl napthalene = \frac{14.4\times 0.001\times 100.0}{1000}=0.00144moles

Thus total moles of all naphthalene compounds combined is (0.000309+0.001+0.00232+0.00144) = 0.00507.

If you were setting up an experiment to disprove spontaneous generation in a liquid medium, which of the following would be esse
VladimirAG [237]

Answer:

D.- Using a sterile liquid and eliminating exposure to microorganisms.

Explanation:

Remember that Redi´s experiment is going to be with different jars cover the top. In this case, if the liquid is sterile that means any living thing is present there. so if by passing the time, there are no microorganisms, this is going to be the results that the spontaneous generation does not exist. From a non living liquid there can not produce a living thing.

d perovskite single crystals with suppressed ion migration for high-performance planar-type photodetectors, small
Naily [24]

Due to their improved charge transfer and great environmental stability, 2D Dion-Jacobson (DJ) perovskites have recently received a lot of attention.

Unfortunately, due to the scarcity of high-quality single crystals for precise measurements, their fundamental optoelectronic capabilities are mainly unknown. Here, a reactive, low-temperature-gradient crystallization method is created using 1,4-butanediammonium as a short-chain insulating spacer to generate high-quality 2D perovskite single crystal (BDAPbI4). It is discovered that the BDAPbI4 single crystal exhibits a direct bandgap with effective charge collection (μτ = 1.45 × 10−3 cm2 V−1). The BDAPbI4 single crystal in particular exhibits the expected high ion migration activation energy (0.88 eV).

17.<br> What do you know about a chemical compound by looking at its chemical formula
Bas_tet [7]

Answer:

The number and the kinds of atoms in the compound

Explanation:

  • A chemical formula of a compound contains symbols o the atoms of the elements present in the compound as well as the number of atoms of each element in the form of subscripts.
  • Therefore it helps us to know the elements in a compound and the number of atoms in the compounds.
