you bake a dessert in the baking pan shown. you cut the dessert into cube shaped pieces of equal size. each piece has a volume o
Gennadij [26K]

Answer:

16 pieces

Step-by-step explanation:

The complete question in the attached figure

step 1

Find the length side of each cube shaped piece

we know that

The volume of the cube is equal to

V=b^3

where

b is the length side of the cube

we have

V=8\ in^3

so

b^3=8

solve for b

b=2\ in

step 2

How many pieces do you get from one pan?

we know that

The height of the dessert in the baking pan is equal to the height of the cube

so

The total volume of the dessert in the baking pan is equal the area of the square base multiplied by the height

64(2)=128\ in^3

Divide the total volume of the dessert by the volume of one cube

128/8=16\ pieces

Find the fifth term of a sequence represented by f(n)=5n-2
Lorico [155]
Hello there!

My best guess would be to plug in 5 into n.

So:

f (n) = 5n-2

f (5) = 5 (5) -2

f (5) = 25-2

f (5) = 23

This is my GUESS. I'm not sure how to do this problem (it's been a while since I've done this).

So PLEASE get a second opinion or ask a teacher!

Hope this helped!

Someone please help i have 10 min to submit this last question What is the length of AB (the minor arc)? Show your work.
kow [346]
Just 8+8. 8 is the ration meaning half of one end of the circle to another. I don’t think it matters if AB was an angle or not. The answer should be 16.
