How do stars serve as evidence for the expansion of the universe and the Big Bang theory?
castortr0y [4]

Answer:

The Doppler red-shift of light observed from distant stars and galaxies gives evidence that the universe is expanding (moving away from a central point). This allows for Big Bang Theory, because after a “bang” occurs all of the matter moves away from the point of origin.

How many protons are in this atom if it has a balanced charge? 0 2 4 6
pickupchik [31]

Answer:

For an atom to have a balanced charged, the number of protons shall be equal to the number of electrons of an atom. proton is the positive part of an atom whereas electrons are the negative part of an atom. Only if the number of protons will be equal to the number of electron, the atom will be able to be neutral.

If the number of electron will be more, then the atom will be negative. If the number of electron will be less, then the atom will be positive.

What is the kinetic energy of a 0.01 kg dart that is thrown at 20m/s
Gekata [30.6K]
Mass of the dart = 0.01 kg
Speed at which the dart is thrown = 20 m/s
Kinetic Energy = (1/2) * mass * speed * speed
                        = (1/2) * (0.01) * (20) * (20) Joules
                        = (400 *0.01)/2 Joules
                        = 4/2 Joules
                        = 2 Joules
So the kinetic energy of the dart is 2 Joules. I hope this is the correct answer and it has helped you.

An object whose mass is 100 kg is located 20 m above a datum level in a location where standard gravitational acceleration exist
irakobra [83]

Answer:19.6 kJ

Explanation:

Given

mass of object m=100\ kg

Object is at a height of h=20\ m

Potential energy of an object depends upon datum . so Potential energy of object is

P.E.=mgh

P.E.=100\times 9.8\times 20

P.E.=19.6\ kJ
