a)

the sum of the interior angles of a quadrilateral is 360°

so..

3x + 2x + x + 90 = 360

to find x..

3x + 2x + x + 90 = 360

3x + 2x + x = 360 - 90

6x = 270

x = 270/6

x = 45..

so x = 45

<u>the </u><u>given </u><u>expression</u><u> </u><u>can </u><u>be </u><u>solved </u><u>as </u><u>follows </u><u>~</u>

\frac{x}{13}  - 1 =  \frac{5x}{2}  +  \frac{1}{2}  \\

<u>taking </u><u>LCM </u><u>both </u><u>the </u><u>sides </u><u>,</u>

\frac{x - 13}{13}  =  \frac{5x + 1}{2}  \\
