The answer is= there are 126 5p coins

the reason for this is that
-630 is simplified to 5,
-so 1/5 is really 126/630,
(630 divided by 5 is 126)
- and so 2/5 is 126 x 2 =252/630
- there are only 3 parts left, and if 1p has more parts than 5p,
-then 1p takes up 2/5 of the bag
-and 5p takes up 1/5 of the bag

Here is a list of numbers: 13, 15, -6, 8, -16, 2, -12 ,3 ,-18 ,-18 state the median.
DiKsa [7]

The median of list of numbers is-2.

Given the list of numbers is 13,15,6,8,-16,2,-12,3,-18,-18.

The median is the median of a sorted list of numbers. To find the median of a sequence of numbers, the numbers must be sorted in order from lowest to highest or highest to lowest.

Firstly, we will arrange the number from ascending to descending, we get

-18,-18,-16,-12,-6,2,3,8,13,15.

Now, we will find the middle term of the sequence, we get

The middle terms are -6 and 2.

Further, we will find the median of it.

n=(-6+2)/2

n=-4/2

n=-2

Hence, the median of the list of numbers 13, 15, -6, 8, -16, 2, -12 ,3 ,-18 ,-18 is -2.

They both earn 3x.

Step-by-step explanation:

If mic earns x, and lee earns 2 times as much, it will be x * 2, or 2x. Then adding mic's salary, x, the number will result in 2x+x. This simplifies into 3x.

At the bake sale there were 40 raisin cookies sold. If ratio of raisin cookies sold to oatmeal cookies sold was 5:1 what is the
Annette [7]

Answer:

48 cookies were sold in total.

Step-by-step explanation:

5:1 is the ratio of raisin cookies to oatmeal cookies, and 40 raisin cookies were sold. Meaning, 40:?.

To find the number of oatmeal cookies you divide 40 by 5, which gets 8. This means that the original ratio is multiplied by 8 to get the current ratio for the amount if cookies. 5(8) : 1(8) = 40:8. There are 40 raisin cookies and 8 oatmeal cookies. 40+8=48. There were 48 cookies sold in total.
