The answer is D

At first glance we can see the slope of the line is negative. Automatically A and C are incorrect. Slope is y/x, we go 1 space down and 5 spaces to the right. (Run over rise)

Answer: D

Step-by-step explanation: Assuming the left point is A at (-2,2) and the right point is B at (3,1) we can determine the slope by using the “Rise over Run” rule where the change in Y is the “Rise” and the change in X is the “Run”. By setting up the equation y2-y1/x2-x1 we can plug in the coordinates from the variables and get 1-2/3+2 which leaves us with our answer m= -1/5

The answer is F because you use the square's measurements as the base of each triangle then multiply each triangle then divide by 2. The multiply by 4 because there are four triangles and multiply 12 by 12 to get 144 because it is the base and the height of the square.

MATHEMATICAL CONNECTIONS The value of the surface area of the cylinder is equal to the value of the volume of the cylinder. Find
loris [4]

Given :

The value of the surface area of the cylinder is equal to the value of the volume of the cylinder.

To Find :

The relation between height and radius.

Solution :

S.A=2\pi rh+2\pi r^2=2\pi r(h+r)

V=\pi r^2h

Now ,

S.A=V\\\\2\pi r(h+r)=\pi r^2h\\\\2(h+r)=rh\\\\2h+2r=rh\\\\h(2-r)=-2r\\\\h=\dfrac{2r}{r-2}

Hence, this is the required solution.
