I would say D) All of the above. Metal and emotional health is what's going on inside of you. Your brain. Stress is an inside thing. Something that our minds have to deal with. BUT, it's also a physical thing. What goes on in our minds can affect what we do outwardly. If we are sressed and have a lot of pressure, sometimes we don't make the best choices for our bodies.
