Paraplegia     = paralyze of both left and right leg
quadri plegia= paralyze of both leg and arms
ataxia             = disorder in the coordination of muscle movement
bradykinesia = slow(brady) movement (kinesia)

The answer would be bradykinesia since patient complaint about extreme slowness.
