Journaling can be therapeutic as well. Most of the time a person with depression needs to realize why they are mostly depressed and come up with coping strategies to get past this feeling. When you think you can’t get over it- you can. Over 50% of human beings suffer from anxiety and depression at some point in their life. Don’t try to battle this on your own; confide in a friend or adult who you can trust.
