The angle formed <lkj is formed by two tangents intersecting outside of circle so the rule is

<lk j= (m.JML    - M. LJ )  divided by 2

2 (45x +2) = m.JML   -   (132x  +1 )
90 x + 4 = m.JML -132x-1

m.JML  = 90x + 4 + 132x +1
m.JML = 222 x +5
we have in the given m.JML = 229x -2
229x -2 = 222 x +5

7 x = 7
x= 1
m.JML = 229x -2
we replace the x by 1
m.JML = 229x -2 - 229-2= 227

Solve for x 7(3-x) = 8(4-2x)
Damm [24]

Answer:

  x = 11/9

Step-by-step explanation:

Eliminate parentheses, add 16x, subtract 21.

  7(3 -x) = 8(4 -2x) . . . . given

  21 -7x = 32 -16x . . . . . eliminate parentheses using the distributive property

  9x +21 = 32 . . . . . . . . add 16x

  9x = 11 . . . . . . . . . . . . subtract 21

  x = 11/9 . . . . . . . . . . . .divide by the coefficient of x

A figure can be covered by 28 unit squares,without any gaps or overlaps.what is the area of the figure?
Tom [10]
Remember that the area of a square is just one of its sides squared. A=s^2
where
A is the area of the square
s is one of the sides of the square

Unit square is a square whose sides have length 1, so lets use our formula to find the volume of one unit square:
A=s^2
A=1^2
A=1
We now know that each one of the squares has area 1 unit squared. Since there are 28 unit square in our figure, we are going to multiply the area of a unit square by 28 to find the area of our figure:
Area of the figure=28(1)=28 units squared

We can conclude that the area of the figure is 28 units squared.

  • Answer:

x = 25

  • Step-by-step explanation:

Hi there !

  • the opposite angles are equal

4x - 25 = 25 + 2x

4x - 2x = 25 + 25

2x = 50

x  = 50 : 2

x = 25
