Answer:

I don't sleep sometimes because of what goes on in my head. If i can describe how my head is, it's like a tsunami of thoughts that come crashing in. Then the next day I would be so exhausted it's not even funny. I honestly don;t like talking to anyone about my problems because i have trust issues and i would rather go through it alone then for someone else to go through it with me.
