cancelling out π and x from both side of the equation

3(r1)²= (r2)²

Taking square root of both sides give

\sqrt{3(r1)^{2} }=\sqrt{(r2)^{2} }

r1 ( \sqrt{3}) = r2

or

r1 : r2 =  \sqrt{3}  :1
