Let;

CA = concentration of Ce4+ solution = 0.1741 M

VA = volume of Ce4+ solution = 18.68 mL

CB = concentration of H3AsO3 = ?

VB  = volume of H3AsO3 = 30.00 mL

NA = Number of moles of Ce4+ solution = 2

NB = Number of moles of H3AsO3  = 1

From;

CAVA/CBVB = NA/NB

CAVANB = CBVBNA

CB = CAVANB/VBNA

CB = 0.1741 * 18.68 * 1/30.00 * 2

CB = 0.0542 M
