Answer:

If a third person was there they could call for an ambulance or take Paul and Jeff to the hospital. If only Paul and Jeff are there, Paul should try to call for help because he hurt his foot and not his arm/shoulder.

f = force

m = mass

Note that the answer will be in m/s so we will need to convert "kg" to "m"

1kg = 1000m

5 * 1000 = 5000 meters
