21) PLEASE HELP WITH QUESTION. WILL MARK BRAINLIEST + POINTS.

Suppose f(x) = ----------
                          sqrt(x)
                                                                                                   8
What if we let x = 16 (just an example)?  We'd get f(16) = ------------- = 2.
                                                                                              sqrt(16)

What if we let x = g(x) = 2x+4?

We'd get the following:

                     8
f(g(x)) = -------------- = y
              sqrt(2x+4)

So...the correct answer is the fourth one.
