vredina [299]

Answer:

First off I want to say - I'm sorry about your dad, I know how you must be feeling right now ):

What is kidney failure?

Kidney Failure is a condition where the kidneys reach advanced stage(s) of loss of their functions

Kidney transplants can be done to replace the failing organs with healthy ones, and so can dialysis, which works to correct electrolytes and filter out toxins

Foods to eat:

Low potassium foods (apples, cabbage, carrots, green beans)

Low protein foods (vegetables, fruits, breads and cereals)

Foods to avoid:

High potassium foods (bananas, potatoes, spinach, oranges)

High protein foods (lean meat, eggs, milk, cheese, beans)

High in dairy foods (cheese, ice cream, chocolate)

Avoid foods that are liquid at room temperature such as gelatin dessert and fluids

Now this isn't everything about Kidney Failure but I hope this helps

I hope everything goes well for you and your father
