The healthiest strategies for coping with strong emotions would be being able to express it in non-destructive way. You can use these strong emotions to create poems and art, or maybe exhaust them in physical activities such as boxing or running. Also, you can engage in calming activities such as meditation and yoga. One good way is to share it to someone you trust or who can listen. Lastly, humor or being able to laugh at the things happening to you would be useful too.

I anticipate that they will have a cure for brain cancer , what effect would it make on me. The effect that it will have on me is that I hate seeing people in pain so if doctors make a cure for that it'll save lots of people.
