You can use these strong emotions to create poems and art, or maybe exhaust them in physical activities such as boxing or running. Also, you can engage in calming activities such as meditation and yoga. One good way is to share it to someone you trust or who can listen. Lastly, humor or being able to laugh at the things happening to you would be useful too.
