*B.A.C also known as Blood Alcohol Concentration refers to the percent of alcohol into the blood stream.A BAC of 10% means that an individual's blood supply consists of one part alcohol for every thousand parts blood.In California, a person is legally intoxicated if he have BAC of .08% or higher.
