Now,

  • 1/3 of the boys were disqualified from the competition. So, 54× (1/3) = 18 boys Disqualified . the Remaining boys are 54-18 = 36 boys left in Competition.
  • Then, The number of girls more than that of boys left in competition were 81-36 = 45
