This problem-solving method is often recommended and followed because of its simplicity and logical progression. However, while Amy's group picked a good method, them choosing the best solution by a vote wasn't the best decision. According to research conducted on small group problem solving, the decision method is highly important. Picking a decision through a vote can make those who "lost" the decision to feel like their opinion and views were disregarded. <u>It is therefore recommended that small groups should try to reach consensus before resorting to a vote, in order to avoid resentment by a part of the group.</u>

In the medieval age art was done only related to religions and most of the middle age arts were done by either the priests or the monks.

Explanation:

Arts were done to preach their religion and influence the people more about their religion. Biblical narrations were done by art so that people can understand them easily. The modern art which overtook the medieval art was renaissance art and in this art more attention was paid to the body parts and this art was also based on religious themes.  

Paintings of the middle ages did not contain the depth nor the detailed elaboration of the painting but renaissance art gave more attention to every minute and keen details of the structure.
