A health appraisal conducted by the School Physician is a screening. This should not replace your child's annual well check with their primary medical provider! This screening includes a check of the eyes, ears, nose, throat, heart, lungs, lymph nodes, and back (scoliosis).

Answer: this refers to a series of procedures to assess or determine the health status of the students through the use of teacher's observation, screening tests, health histories or medical records, medical and dental inspections and psychological tests. How can you increase your awareness of hereditary diseases
Andreyy89
You can increase your awareness of hereditary diseases by discovering what chronic diseases your parents, grandparents, and other relatives have. By having this knowledge, you can often learn whether or not you have a disease, or might be a carrier. In some cases, certain diseases like Alzheimer's is hereditary, but doesn't show up until later in life. However, if your family has a tendency to have this disease, it is often very likely that you too will have it once you reach a certain age.

Paha777 [63]

Answer:

B.

Explanation:

Answer A is incorrect because the nurse should be checking to make sure that bubbles are NOT in the humidifier. A is insinuating that there SHOULD be bubbles in the humidifier.

Answers C and D are incorrect because the nursing assistant's job does not entail educating the patient about how to and how not to work the machinery. She is in charge of making sure the patient is getting the oxygen she needs, making sure her tubes are clean, and overall checking the patient's physical health. So the best answer would be B.
