A health appraisal conducted by the School Physician is a screening. This should not replace your child's annual well check with their primary medical provider! This screening includes a check of the eyes, ears, nose, throat, heart, lungs, lymph nodes, and back (scoliosis).

Answer: this refers to a series of procedures to assess or determine the health status of the students through the use of teacher's observation, screening tests, health histories or medical records, medical and dental inspections and psychological tests. They are dependent upon the cooperative effort of parents, teachers, physicians, dentists, health educators and others in the school program.

Id say one meaningful use would be the actually caring and holding responsibility for a patient. Being able to be a strong support not only emotionally but informationally. you are able to inform them on matters that regard their health.
