Phenotype of an organism refers to the observed physical characteristics of an organism. The genotype of the organism is the sum total of the genetic composition of an individual organism.
Having different physical appearance does not really mean that organisms are different species because the expression of genes depends on the environment of the organism. The interaction of the genes in the organism with the environment produces different phenotypes of the same organism.
