Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States, and forces many to apply for disability benefits every year.
I believe this is an example of frameshift mutation.
Frame shift mutation is a type of mutation that is caused by addition or deletion of a base pair or base pairs in the DNA of a gene resulting in the translation of the genetic code in an unnatural reading frame from the position the position of the mutation to the end of the gene.
A lack of movement creates swelling<span> in Barbara's </span>legs<span> because the body relies on pressure </span>created<span> by the </span>movement<span> of muscles to circulate the blood which then moves it back up into the heart. Barbara's arms didn't swell because she is more likely to move them in a car than her </span>legs<span>.</span>
