DNA<br>"Deoxyribonucleic<br>Acid"
Zarrin [17]

Answer:

Details about DNA are given in the explanation section. Hope it will be helpful for you.

Explanation:

DNA, or deoxyribonucleic acid, is the hereditary element in humans and almost all other organisms. Nearly every cell in a person’s body has the same type of DNA. Most DNA is found in the cell nucleus (nuclear DNA), but a small quantity of DNA can also be found in the mitochondria (mitochondrial DNA or mtDNA).

The information in DNA is stored as a code made up of four chemical bases: adenine (A), guanine (G), cytosine (C), and thymine (T). Human DNA consists of about 3 billion bases, and more than 99 percent of those bases are the same type in all people.

DNA bases pair up with each other, A with T and C with G, to form units that are called base pairs. Each base is also attached to a sugar molecule and a phosphate molecule.  A base, sugar, and phosphate are called a nucleotide. Nucleotides are arranged in two long strands that form a spiral called a double helix.

A valuable feature of DNA is that it can replicate, or make copies of itself. Each strand of DNA in the double helix can serve as a pattern for duplicating the sequence of bases.

Sheath of schwann cell containing cytoplasm and nucleus that encloses myelin is called
zmey [24]

Answer:

Neurilemma

Explanation:

Schwann cells are the neuroglia that produces myelin sheaths. There is a formation of multiple layers of the glial plasma membrane around axons. The cytoplasm and nucleus of Schwann cells from the outermost layer while the inner part has multiple layers of the Schwann cell membrane. The outer nucleated cytoplasmic layer of the Schwann cell that encloses the myelin sheath is called neurolemma. It is found only around axons in the PNS. Its function is to serve in the regeneration of injured axons by the formation of a regeneration tube.

In ________ conditioning, the unconditioned stimulus unconditionally elicits a reaction. For example, a bit of black pepper blow
kipiarov [429]

Answer:

The answer is: Classical Conditioning.

Explanation:

  • According to the theory of Classical Conditioning, an Unconditional Stimulus can be defined as such a stimulus that is capable of triggering a response spontaneously and naturally without the requirement of a previous learning or knowledge about the stimulus.
  • A Neutral stimulus can be defined as such a stimulus which is responsible for drawing or focusing the attention of a person to a particular event.
  • A Conditional Stimulus can be defined as such a stimulus which is generated due to the repeated integration of an Unconditional stimulus to a Neutral stimulus. The repeated integration eventually results in the generation of a conditioned response.
  • In the given example, a bit of black pepper blown into the eyes for the first time is an example of unconditional stimulus. This stimulus initiates a spontaneous or unconditional response, that is, blinking of eyes.
  • But, when this unconditional stimulus gets integrated to the neutral stimulus (irritation in the eyes draws the attention of the person) repeatedly, it can result in the generation of a Conditioned Response (blinking of eyes whenever any foreign object gets into it).
