Answer:

Explanation:

The railroads made it possible to ship goods without having to use the canals and rivers that transportation relied upon previously in what is today the Midwestern and south central United States.  It helped to reduce the time it took to transport goods across vast distances and it helped to lower costs. The railroads made the rapid settlement of the Midwest and the West Coast possible.  Factories on the East Coast also benefited from the expansion of the railway system as raw materials could be shipped in at lower prices and in greater quantities. lubasha [3.4K]

The fact that children can take a form of communication that lacks consistent grammar and turn it into one that has consistent rules illustrates that there is built-in, universal grammer.

A natural language grammar is a set of structural constraints on the sentence, phrase, and word construction of a speaker or writer.

The rules of language that govern grammar, sounds, words, sentences and other elements, and their combinations and interpretations. The word grammar also designates the study of these abstract features, or the book that presents these rules.

English grammar has two types: prescriptive grammar and descriptive grammar. 1. Prescriptive Grammar: Telling people how to use English, the forms they should use, and the functions they should perform is the traditional approach to grammar.

What were some responsibilities of Hades?
dmitriy555 [2]
(Before I start, Greek mythology is my element)
Okay, so Hades was part of the Big Three, including Poseidon, Zeus, and himself. After killing Kronos, Hades was sent to take charge of the underworld. He hated it. HE IS NOT THE GRIM REAPER, he simply governs over the dead, and makes sure the dead souls stay where they are and not intrude in other areas of the underworld (Elysium, Running Fields, and the pits of Tartarus).
