You could have Mitosis and Meiosis circles which overlap.
inside Mitosis: asexual reproduction, cell divides once, 2 daughter cells
inside Meiosis: sexual reproduction, cell divides twice, 4 daughter cells
inside the overlap (Both): DNA replicates, growth and repair
