The best answer is - vascular and dermal .

Dermal tissue in plants forms the first line of defense against physical damage such as is caused by insects, and infection.
Dermal tissue covers the outside of the plant except in woody shrubs and trees because trees have bark.

The vascular tissue in plants transport water and nutrients which are essential in cell repair and growth.

Thus the nutrients supplied through vascular tissues in plants are important to the restoration of damaged cells.

Mutation is the ultimate source of genetic variation, but mechanisms such as sexual reproduction and genetic drift contribute to it as well Because prokaryotes are haploid, such a mutation immediately become part of the genetic makeup of the cell unlike eukaryotic diploids where a normal second copy of the gene usually protects the cell from the potentially lethal effect of such a mutation.
