First, you should get grandmom to a safe and comfy place (bed/ couch) but mostly a bad.  Do cpr.

Then you should get a first aide kit ALWAYS if you dont then feel her and massage her a little bit. Give her some medicine. As your doing that get vase and rub it on her chest. If its getting serious then call medical help. (911)
