Explanation:

Phytoplankton, Zooplankton, Small Fish, Mammal

Phytoplanktons are the small photosynthetic organism that can produce their own feed and so are the producers in this food chain. Zooplanktons are small organisms incapable of producing their own food and eat phytoplanktons. Small fishes consume zooplanktons since due to their small size they are unable to eat bigger organisms. Mammals eat small fishes since they are omnivorer.

What causes ocean water near the equator to be warmer than ocean water
farther north?
ASHA 777 [7]

Answer: The structure and curvature of the Earth results in beams of sunlight glancing off the equator and reaching other areas of the Earth. This means that the areas at the equator receive more energy as the sun's rays hit them directly. :)

Help.. Im confused.. A student is preparing a wooden car for a toy-car derby. Position 1 on the racetrack profile shows the star
lara [203]

Answer:

The correct option is D) The energy of the car will decrease, and the energy of the block will increase.

Explanation:

As we know energy cannot be created or destroyed but it can change from one form to another. When the wooden car will collide with the wooden block, some of the kinetic energy with which the car was moving will be passed to the wooden block. As a result, the wooden block will also get pushed along the track. Meanwhile, as the wooden car had transferred some of its energy, its energy level will decrease and it will move slower than before pushing the wooden block along with it.
