based on the living things in the pyramid, tell me what examples would fit into these categories: primary producers, primary con
algol [13]

Answer:

- Oak trees: primary producers

- Caterpillars: primary consumers

- Blue Jays: secondary consumers

- Hawks: tertiary consumers

Explanation:

A trophic pyramid, also known as ecological pyramid or energy pyramid, is a graphic representation that shows the relationships between different types of organisms (i.e., producers and consumers) at the trophic levels of an ecosystem. The primary producers are autotrophic organisms that obtain energy from sunlight and chemical compounds from nonliving sources (e.g., photosynthetic plants, algae, etc). The primary consumers are organisms that eat primary producers (e.g., herbivores), while secondary consumers are organisms that eat primary consumers (e.g., omnivores). Moreover, tertiary consumers are predators and/or omnivores that eat secondary consumers (e.g., hawks). Finally, decomposers (e.g., bacteria) are organisms that obtain nutrients and energy by breaking down dead organic material (i.e., dead organisms) at all trophic levels into nutrients.

How is the lithosphere different from the mantle?
Ede4ka [16]

Answer:

The uppermost portion of the mantle makes up the bottom portion of the lithosphere. On average, it is 30 kilometers thick, but its thickness depends on the age of that portion of the lithosphere and temperature and pressure conditions. The mantle consists largely of heavy ultramafic rock like olivine.

Explanation:

The mantle is made up of molten rock called magma. This magma circulates in currents determined by the cooling and sinking of heavier minerals and the heating and rising of lighter minerals. All but the very uppermost portion of the mantle is part of the asthenosphere, which refers to the liquid zone of the inner Earth.

Asexual reproduction in the parent cell will result in offspring with
Liula [17]
Technically, it would create an identical copy of the parent cell, but with the answers you gave me, I would have to say the first response. Sexual reproduction provides half the genetic information, a half from one parent and a half from the other.

I hope this helps!!!! :)
