it just makes the job for whoever cleans the place easy. if say everyone didn't clean up then that person has to clean it all up now another situation is half of this place cleans up after themselves that means less work for the guy if it's just me then it wouldn't make a difference right but just the one little person that can make a lot of difference if a lot more pitch in
