Answer: The incidence of obesity in children and adolescents has increased over the years as more children lead sedentary lifestyles coupled with poor nutritional intake. More children spend time watching television or playing video games than before, which is taking the place of physical activity. Children should get at least one hour of physical activity each day, and many children are not getting that amount. This can lead to both present and future health concerns.

explain why mental disorders should be viewed like any other physical illness.why it important not to stigmatize someone with a
Musya8 [376]

Mental disorders should be viewed like any other physical illness because if we just treat mental disorders like they're nothing, then they are just going to get worse and worse. It's very important to realize what people are going through and treat it with caution and take it seriously.

If we treated mental illness like they way we treat cancer and deceases, then maybe we would make so much more progress than we are currently. This is not a joke and mental illness isn't something that goes away over night, so please view it in a different/precise way and help make an impact on it!

I hope this helped! Have a nice day!
